Parker Impex, a leading master franchise, was founded in 2019 with a vision to revolutionize the food franchise industry. Since its inception, Parker Impex has successfully launched and managed two prominent food brands, La Pinoz and Sadakchaap, catering to diverse culinary preferences and expanding its presence in the market.

Mr. Harsh Kotak
Harsh Kotak, an entrepreneur from Gandhidham, Gujarat, led the success of La Pino’z Pizza in western states like Maharashtra. He established 33 outlets in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, and Thane, driven by his college days’ admiration for La Pino’z. With a stock market background and support from partner Rajana Singla, Harsh strives for excellence in the F&B sector.
He aims to expand the franchise with like-minded franchisee partners, focusing on attention to detail, quality ingredients, and consistency. Despite industry challenges, Harsh remains determined to deliver the best food experience, overcoming regulations, labor management, and high rent. His goal is to make La Pino’z Pizza a cherished choice through creative communication.
